I was born in New Jersey and have lived in New York, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Japan, Colombia, California, and now Texas, experiences that shaped my perspective on people, culture, and leadership. I’ve spent the last 20 years building a career in automotive retail and currently serve as a General Sales Manager. I’m known for creating strong company culture, developing talent, and keeping teams aligned around clear goals. My leadership style blends professionalism with approachability, and I’m passionate about elevating the customer experience while building accountable, high-performing teams. I thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in helping individuals grow into leaders. I believe that when people improve, the results always follow. I bring a blend of strong leadership, high-volume retail experience, and a strong focus on people and process. I’m bilingual in English and a little Spanish, and I’m adept at driving results and elevating performance. I’ve completed multiple automotive leadership, compliance, and sales training certifications, including manufacturer programs and Toyota Accelerate. Outside of work, I’m happily married with three kids. I enjoy staying active through fitness and basketball, I’m a lifelong New York Knicks fan, and I love traveling with my family. I’m excited for this new journey as General Sales Manager at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas and grateful for the opportunity to grow, lead, win, and make an impact.
