Born and raised in Mississippi, also where I attended Mississippi State University. I'm a Sales Consultant with three years of experience, and I couldn't be happier. When I'm not helping customers find the perfect vehicle, I'm spending time with my son! I truly believe in the Toyota brand. Knowing I'm putting families in cars that are safe and reliable is what gets me excited to come to work every day. My time at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas taught me so much. I'm a naturally a problem-solver, and I enjoy using this trait to build relationships with my customers and help them.

Tamara was friendly, polite and very professional. She offered many suggestions and didn’t stop until we narrowed down what I wanted in a vehicle. She stayed with me until the very end-after financing. She took the time to show me how most of my features work.. It was such a pleasure to work with someone who truly cared about my perspective and needs!

Tamara was amazing in every aspect! She set up an appointment on the phone for me to go see the vehicle and was ready for us when we arrived. She showed us the car, let us test drive it and knew all the information when we asked a question. Once we decided to finance the vehicle, she told us about the limited warranty and listened to what we wanted taken care of before signing. She was able to get the windshield replaced because of a crack and even got us a replacement head rest with no issues at all. Overall, I would highly recommend Tamara to any of my friends and family who are interested in buying a new or used vehicle in the future! Very satisfied with my RAV4 and have no complaints!
