The best experience I’ve had since 2013 very knowledgeable understanding and cordial no gimmick no tricks just honesty it only took a total of 3.5 hours. in 2013, It was 10 hours for all the difficult processing! Thank you, Mohammed, for making this process easy!

Mo and polite and professional. But the games you guys play was very unnecessary. Going back and forth with the manager and then Mo tell us he has going to talk to the owner of the dealership on a Saturday night at 8pm. My monthly budget was meet when I spoke with the manager. The experience over all confirms why people use Carmex and carvana. You guys need to change because the industry is changing and returning customers will be very few returning. No GPS and a few issues with the car was the reason we canceled the extended warranty. I will buy it at another dealership.
