Mo is a great person but needs to slow down and take care of his customers and make sure the customer understands and shown the auto being purchased ALL that involves this auto top to bottom side to side in and out till all is clear. Mo is very easy and nice to work with. We think Norm Reeves has a very GOOD salesman and some time soon be promoted.

Unbelievable. The car broke down on the way home from the dealership due to an incorrectly installed bolt. I got it towed back to get that fixed and also discovered that Mo had lied about the certified pre-owned status due to an open recall (airbags) on the vehicle that I specifically asked about when we came in because I saw it on the CarFax. Mo lied to my face and said it had been taken care of, then again when we came to pick up the car and he said it had been certified. The service department and the sales manager Zech were both helpful in getting these issues sorted and getting me a loaner while they work on my car, but I am still incredibly disappointed and angry about my experience here.
