We are repeat customers to the dealership and more specifically to Mo. He brings both knowledge and experience to car purchasing.

Dealing with Mo was terrible. He does not answer questions. We had to continually reach out to him because he would not respond. He did not provide the requested information. He simply said it would only be about $100 difference to register the car in Georgia rather than Texas. He truly has no clue what he is doing. Nor do I believe he cares.

This was my first time at Norm Reeves Toyota. I was very impressed by the aesthetics of dealership. However, it is the employees that impressed me the most.,From the greeting at the door, to receiving my fantastic pre owned Camry XLE, everyone was great! I want to especially thank my salesman, Mo. he went above, and beyond to help me purchase this car. Mo is knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Mo made it all a very pleasant experience. The finance person, Nathan, and General Sales Manager Tom, were also excellent. I highly recommend this dealership!

Mo is a great person but needs to slow down and take care of his customers and make sure the customer understands and shown the auto being purchased ALL that involves this auto top to bottom side to side in and out till all is clear. Mo is very easy and nice to work with. We think Norm Reeves has a very GOOD salesman and some time soon be promoted.

Unbelievable. The car broke down on the way home from the dealership due to an incorrectly installed bolt. I got it towed back to get that fixed and also discovered that Mo had lied about the certified pre-owned status due to an open recall (airbags) on the vehicle that I specifically asked about when we came in because I saw it on the CarFax. Mo lied to my face and said it had been taken care of, then again when we came to pick up the car and he said it had been certified. The service department and the sales manager Zech were both helpful in getting these issues sorted and getting me a loaner while they work on my car, but I am still incredibly disappointed and angry about my experience here.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent vehicle purchase experience at your showroom. The deal and commitments changed drastically at every stage, leaving us feeling cheated. Here is the step-by-step breakdown of what happened: Stage 1: Before Visiting the Showroom (Initial Discussion) We initially discussed the vehicle with an agent who accepted and agreed to match a competitive offer we received from another showroom. Based on this assurance, we proceeded with your dealership. Stage 2: Discussion Stage at the Showroom (Manager Intervention) Upon arrival, a Manager named Ahmed took over our case. He completely discarded all prior discussions and the agreed-upon deal. He rejected the initial phone offer and blocked us from opting for the other dealer's offer. Eventually, he forced us into a new deal, selling the vehicle at the standard store price without any of the promised benefits or discounts. Stage 3: Vehicle Delivery Time (Missing Features) During the discussions, we were under the clear impression that the vehicle would include a sunroof. However, at the time of delivery, we were shocked to find out that the vehicle not only lacks a sunroof but also misses basic features like automatic rain-sensing front wipers. Conclusion: The transparency was zero. The deal shifted from the Pre-visit stage to the Discussion stage, and finally turned out entirely different at the Delivery stage. Manager Ahmed's unprofessional handling and the misleading information regarding vehicle features have ruined our buying experience. I expect Toyota management to investigate this matter.
