After searching for several months for a 2026 2026 Toyota GR Corolla, I finally found a white one at Norm Reeves Toyota in Dallas, Texas. From the very beginning, Monica was professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. I explained exactly what I was looking for and the price range I was comfortable with. She immediately went to work and came back with a price I was willing to pay. At one point, after an unfortunate experience with a member of management, I decided I no longer wanted to move forward with the purchase. To my surprise, Monica called me soon afterward. When I explained what had happened, she seemed truly concerned and assured me that I would hear from her again. Two days later, another manager contacted me and offered the vehicle at an even lower price than I had originally been quoted. I reached back out to Monica, and we were back in business. Since I was flying in from McAllen to Dallas, Monica even offered to arrange transportation from the airport to the dealership. She also respected my wishes when I told her I was not interested in additional add-ons. I truly appreciated that she did not pressure me or try to sell me things I did not want. She kept the entire process simple, honest, and focused on what mattered to me. She even accompanied me to the bank to pick up my check, which was a level of service I did not expect but will always remember. I feel very fortunate to have had Monica as my salesperson for such a special enthusiast car. Other dealerships I contacted quoted unreasonable prices and tried to add options I never asked for. Monica was different. Working with her felt comfortable and genuine—as if I had known her for years. Monica, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making this purchase smooth instead of stressful, and for making sure everything you promised was delivered.
