For seven years, I've been helping folks find the right vehicle to fit their needs, and yeah, I've built a reputation where customer service actually *exists*. I treat every single person with respect and equality, and that's just the way I do business. It's a genuine pleasure to help families put a car in their driveway and see the excitement. I believe in being friendly and listening to what people need. I'm passionate about customer service, and I always aim to have a smile. Originally from Mount Pleasant, Texas, I'm a proud graduate of Mount Pleasant High School, where football was a big part of my life. I’ve always been drawn to the excitement of travel, with Las Vegas, Arizona, and California holding special memories. I'm also bilingual. When I’m not at work, I enjoy making memories with my family, especially with my two kids. I like to chat about sports, politics, travel, and careers. Currently, I work at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas.

Marcos did a great job and communicating and getting me the vehicle I wanted. I sent him with a simple task and get me a TRD pro wave maker Sequoia. I said find one it doesn’t matter where it’s at. He was able to locate a vehicle same day. Carlos was also kind enough to hand Deliver me my brand new vehicle and take my trade-in back to the dealership. Carlos certainly went above and beyond without excuses and or complaints.

Experience was good. Marcos had good knowledge of the vehicle I was looking for. Over the course of my search a lot of sales consultants at other dealers could not answer basic information about the vehicle, which was off-putting. Additionally, Marcos provided good communication by not calling me multiple times per day to see if I had made a decision. He kept in contact, but not to the point where it was annoying.
