Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and a proud graduate of Townview Magnet Center, I have spent the last two years building my career as a Sales Consultant. I am passionate about representing Toyota because it is a brand I genuinely believe in. My entire family drives Toyotas, so I have experienced firsthand the reliability, quality, and value the vehicles offer. I enjoy sharing that confidence with my customers and helping them find a car that fits their specific lifestyle and needs. The aspect of my work I value most is the relationships I have built and the trust my customers place in me. I strive to be a reliable resource throughout the car-buying process, turning what can be a stressful experience into something easier and more enjoyable. Clients choose to work with me because I am approachable, honest, and focused on keeping the process comfortable. I prioritize listening to their needs, answering their questions, and ensuring they feel confident in their decisions. My goal is for every person I work with to know that I truly have their best interests in mind. Outside of the dealership, I enjoy dancing, listening to music, and attending Pilates classes.

Kaitlyn was very helpful throughout the whole car buying process. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. She even delivered the car personally all the way out in Mansfield since I didn't have a ride to pick it up. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Great experience from start to finish! We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door, and our salesperson made the entire process quick, efficient, and easy. The conversation was great throughout, and we never felt like we were just sitting around waiting. Our old vehicle had broken down, so getting into something new quickly was really important to us. They understood our situation, kept everything moving, and were able to get us in and out with a brand-new vehicle. Really appreciate the great service and smooth experience. Highly recommend!
