I've been proudly working in the automotive industry since 2007, starting my journey at Trophy Nissan in the BDC department. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience across several respected dealerships, including five years at Cowboy Toyota and another five at Platinum Dodge. Today, I’m back at Norm Reeves, where I continue doing what I love — helping customers find the right vehicle and providing a smooth, stress-free car-buying experience. As a bilingual professional (English & Spanish), I’m passionate about creating strong, lasting relationships with a diverse range of clients. My husband also works in the car business as a desk manager, so we both understand how important it is to take care of our customers the right way — with honesty, respect, and genuine service. This is our forth vehicle we purchase at Norm Reeves, formerly known as Cowboy Toyota! The staff there is always professional in the business of selling cars. This time we were seen by Seth. Seth was very educated and knowledgeable about the cars we wanted to buy. We had a great deal trading in our 2021 RAV4 for a 2026 RAV4 Hybrid. When we went to close the deal Seth wasn’t there and we had Gaby Traylor. She was good but she was straight and not so good in helping having any extra discounts as we closed the deal. However, Nate, the finance man was absolutely nice! Funny, friendly and helpful to help us get what we needed as far as discounts to close the deal. We left with our 2026 Toyota RAV4 hybrid happy and knowing that we had done a great deal buying the car we wanted and fit our budget. We recommend Norm Reeves (Cowboy Toyota).

Such a wonderful experience by my car here! Chris was amazing. We had been talking for months about getting me a new car and when the time came, he was very diligent in making sure I got something nice. Chris was very patient and understanding during the whole process. Even when we thought I wasn’t gonna be able to get a car he continued to follow through until not only he got me the car that I wanted, but the deal that was best for my budget. This was by far the best car buying process I’ve been through so far I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything that I didn’t wanna buy, and I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything that I didn’t need. Everyone was so kind and patient from Gabby, the sales manager to Antonio, the finance manager and especially Chris. He was so kind and understanding throughout the whole process and I’d really appreciate the fact that he never gave up until he got me into the car that I really wanted. I absolutely love my 2024 Honda CRV. It is perfect for me and my little family and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car it’s a family owned dealership and you can tell they really care bout their customers. thank you guys so much for making this process so easy and positive for me and my family and big shout out to you, Chris.
