As a Service Drive Manager with over 15 years in the automotive industry, I'm passionate about providing top-notch customer service and fostering a positive work environment. A Massachusetts native and graduate of Turners Falls High School, I bring a strong work ethic and a direct approach to problem-solving. My background includes being Toyota certified. I believe in building trust with both customers and colleagues. I've always enjoyed helping people, and I find fulfillment in coaching my team to improve their performance. I'm knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the business and always willing to go the extra mile to take care of our customers. When I'm not on the job, I enjoy fishing, golfing, and tackling new challenges – like skiing Tuckerman Ravine on Mt. Washington. I am currently working for Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas, which is a great place to work. I also enjoy talking with people and discussing anything.
