What can I say that won't sound like a canned response? Blanca is the kind of person that I want to buy a car from; friendly, service-oriented, caring. I'll give you an example - I bought my 2023 Highlander from Norm Reeves Dallas, and it was close to closing when the transaction took place. Blanca helped me clean out my car, and when I noticed a couple minor details that the service department missed, she quickly got me back in and got the minor issues looked at and addressed after the sale.
